Balance and hand over each circuit with a record that can be read later. The workbook keeps manifold and loop identity beside design flow, actual flow, supply and return temperatures, calculated temperature difference, actuator checks, and final settings.

The moment you need it
The UFH system is filled, vented, and ready to balance. You need to record every loop against its room and design setting before handing the system to the client or heat-source engineer.
Project boundary: Use the approved design flow rates and manufacturer instructions. The workbook calculates ΔT from entered flow and return temperatures but does not decide whether a setting is acceptable.
Exact workbook structure
The delivered file contains two focused tabs: instructions for setup and a working record with one completed example plus 40 blank live rows.
Review the included instructions and project criteria before replacing the clearly labelled sample data.
Built for: UFH installers, Heating engineers, Heat-pump installers, Commissioning and handover teams.
Not for: Designing loop lengths or flow rates, deciding acceptance, or replacing manufacturer commissioning instructions.
Evidence and boundaries
These sources explain the record-keeping context behind this product. They do not make the workbook an approved form, and they do not replace the current project specification, manufacturer documents, risk controls, or competent judgement.
